At Hex Appeal, all our merch and products are made or packed with love—and a little bit of spite. Because of the custom and small-batch nature of our shop, all sales are final. But we’ve got your back if something’s wrong.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size or item
Buyer’s remorse (we’ve all been there, but Hex doesn’t do take-backs)
Disliking the color, style, or vibe after delivery
Please double-check size guides and product details before ordering.
✅ Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives broken, misprinted, or wildly incorrect, we’ll fix it. Email us at hexappealhair@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the issue
A short description of what’s wrong
If approved, we’ll send you a replacement or issue store credit. We may not be able to offer full refunds, but we want to make it right.
💄 Hair Products
Hair products and cosmetics are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons—unless they arrive damaged or defective.
